Financial services attracted Pavol already during his master degree studies, and officially founded his P&P invest in 2007. While studying at two universities simultaneously, he was already slowly preparing conditions, connections for professional career in financial services. From very beginning he aimed for the most honest and personal services in finances. Providing helping hand for his friends under troubled financial circumstances quickly turned into professional services.

During the last 11 years his dedication, honesty , commitment and financial investments success track record under P&P invest, helped him to build and established very solid network in different industries, with full portfolio contacts and made him trustful and preferred business partner. In history of P&P invest; the team grew by same-minded personalities, who prefer to work under gentlemen agreement, as the trust by all its definitions, is the foundation stone for our everyday activities and as such creates space for P&P invest services in every new tomorrow.

Praveen is serial entrepreneur with a rich experience of two decades. He has been involved and promoted innovative and disruptive technologies in the field of Solar energy. Actively involve in the real estate transactions enveloping logistics , retail , hospitality and office segment in European countries with renowned multilateral financial institutions and developers . Praveen has been working with companies globally having cutting edge technology for EVs and Li -ion battery solutions. Recently he has been working on launch of NFC and M-Commerce services and products in Asian economies while focusing on Indian market place.

Matus is a passionate hotel operator, developer and project manager, with a strong track record of creating value for the real estate projects. His background is in hotels and real estate, specializing in operating buildings efficiently, and converting distressed assets to the trophy ones. He has worked for and with renowned hotel management companies, as well as being a management consultant and project manager in the hospitality real estate, including hotel planning and development across the EU and Russian market. He studied in Slovakia, Cyprus and the USA, and holds an MBA, PhD. as well as a Hospitality & Marketing qualification from Cornell University New York. He is also an active publisher and researcher in the field of hotel and sustainability rating and indexing.

Educated as mechanical Engineer in Bratislava and in economics in GSBA Zurich, Zoltan focused on utilizing his theoretical knowledge and practical experience in mechanical engineering and development as the project manager in several European and UK engineering companies. Recently Zoltan has been very active in international consultancy for packaging and logistic companies as well as facility management.
